RIFA question

I ordered replacements for the RIFAs in a Mac plus. I just noticed that the replacements are 4700pf vs the 2200pf originals. Are these caps fine to install? Pictured below is a original.

Not actually answering your question, but someone who does know will likely also want to know the voltage rating of the original one - does it say on it? Also, what is the voltage rating of the new one?

New ones are 400/250V, old are 250V.

only use Y or Y2 rated capacitors to replace Y capacitors
and you can only use X or X2 rated capacitors to replace X capacitors
