| Mac Classic - Floppy Drive Eject drive dont turn. |
Posted by: MegaImg on 2023-07-01 10:43:18 I have a Mac Classic that the Flppy Drive dont try to Eject. I just put in a good working floppy drive from a Mac SE/30 and on this machine, if I send the eject, dont work. The issue is on the logic board at this point. Any pointers what to check or replace. |

the gears in these gearbox's break or get seized with old dried up grease
to remove the gearbox there are 2 screws and the connector for the motor
the gearbox lid just clips together - carefully pull back the tabs and lift off the cover |
