Mac Plus - Horrible horizontal lines

Thanks SonnyView attachment 57614 Replacing chip reference U2 on the analog board with this: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/595-SN74LS38N should do the trick I'm having the same problem and everything says to do this Even the dead mac scrolls
