What would it cost to get a working unit? I've never seen another exactly like this - I have a working release version of it, which was $100 and I can definitely use for parts for it. As a prototype I'd guess it could be worth maybe $500 fully working? I'd expect it would be very hard to sell due to shipping, etc - it's not a super rare/desirable mac and will likely not be worth sending given shipping costs.
I'd like to get it running though. I would guess a board repair would not be cheap and don't have the skills to attempt it myself or time to train myself up! (Don't worry, I'm not even considering learning to solder on a potentially now one-off prototype mac). |
