| Centris 650 internal SCSI vs external SCSI speed - same? |

I am currently using a ZuluSCSI Mini v1.0 on my Centris 650. It connects to the 25 pin port on the back of the machine. Would I see faster R/W speeds if I used an internal ZuluSCSI device connected to the 50 pin ribbon cable? Or do these two ports perform identically?

Thanks! 🙂 Hum, they should be identical on that machine. Perhaps there are more errors happening due to a bad cable? Not sure. |

Same speed - they are the same bus.
The Quadra 950 is the odd one that has two SCSI buses. |
