A disk benchmarking tool. Despite the authors' insistence that this is "yet another disk timer", I'm not aware of many other apps like this that will report a speed in real units (e.g. KB/sec) rather than just comparing to a baseline.

Here is what the program said about my ZuluSCSI Mini.
(apologies again for my super blue photos - CRT screens are hard to photograph)
Is that a normal speed? Am I ahead of the curve? Am I behind? Are there settings I should tweak in the zuluscsi.ini file to better my performance here?

Without knowing which Macintosh machine and CPU you're using, there isn't enough information here to be able to answer definitively, but if it's a 68000-based compact Mac (which the screenshot seems to suggest it may be) then yes, those numbers are quite good, when compared to the system CPU bus speed.
