The laser assembly shuttle doesn't move properly, and I've found that the nylon drive gear is cracked - suspecting that's interfering with things. Does anyone know of a 3D-printed replacement or other source for a replacement gear?  | |

It would save you having to dismantle the whole thing and getting an interference fit. | |
