| Game (Setters II) does not start |

Hello again, heading straight to xmas, I picked up my most favorite hobby: vintage macs 🙂
Beside other projects I decided to give the game settlers ii a try. I tried starting it on the IIci (System 7.6), my Q700 (System 8.1) and a G4 (System 9)… The result is everytime the same: The app starts and closes immediately. No error message - nothing.
I had a damaged image or binary in mind and tried to start from an original cd - same behavior…
Did I missed to install an extension I do not know of? Ideas on wrong system settings? Thanks for some hints! |
