I was able to purchase a MacII ci on eBay, now I need to figure out where to start again. It's just a base MacII ci with a mouse, no keyboard, no display, no networking...
Can I get a recommended development setup for hacking? (most likely for NuBus card development)
Are the Inside Mac books available in PDF somewhere?
I purchased a MacII ci in 1990(?) so I have a bit of an affection for that model, in college I wire-wrapped a couple of NuBus cards and wrote a few drivers / some f-code along the way. I retired from Apple in 2012, I worked on the OS X kernel for years but I have vague memories of System 7 and NuBus.
Thanks ahead of time,

I don’t think they’re linked to from anywhere, but if you google the name of the volume you want, it comes up on page one. I have bookmarks for all the ones I use frequently. Probably not a bad idea to save them before apple takes them down like they did with the old software ftp server years ago… | Posted by: Crutch on 2022-10-30 12:27:53 They are all available here https://vintageapple.org/ | | 1 |
