IIci dead need some input

To all,

I have this IIci board i been working on and can’t seem to find the issue. To not have a long description, I have a video made of it on my channel at this link.

Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.

I got this resolved everyone. It was a bad trace repair that was touching another. This was not one I fixed but I should have checked others work.
