What PDS card is this?
Posted by: ArmorAlley on 2016-05-16 13:13:38
Hi all,

There is an SE/30 on sale in a local auction and the PDS card within has this bezel at the back. I'm sure that I've seen one with a switch before but I can't for the life recall what it is. I'm guessing that the 15-pin port is an AUI port.

Does it ring a bell with anyone?

Thanks very much,

aa

It might be a Micron Xceed video card, though from the photos I've seen not the one with the grayscale CRT adapter, which don't seem to have the switch. For example, it could be something like this:

Still, probably well worth picking up!

Funny, there's been an SE/30 with that card for sale in my area, but it's an hour away and he wants too much for it to be really tempting.  Always wondered what that card was though, and his photo was not as good as this one.

Based on the icons next to the switch, I would have to guess video card.

Yes, can be the Micron Xceed SE/30  6-48.

Was supplied with that switch, not the grayscale one but a real bonus.
