What is the best plastic to use to print hinge standoffs?

It's come time to get back to my ongoing restoration of a PowerBook 145 that I bought off eBay late last year. Right now I've got the display recapped and working excellently, and the system boots fine off of my external RaSCSI, but it still needs a new hard drive solution, and most importantly, new hinge standoffs. I have a place in town that should be able to print the parts, but I'm not sure about the best type of plastic to use. Assuming they have multiple types, which is the best kind for stong parts that won't break? PLA or ABS?

Thanks!

ABS over PLA any day. PLA in an electrical environment like this will break down or warp due to heat.

Very good to know, thank you!

Well that aged poorly. Finally getting the part printed, and with ABS.
