Hello again - what does 3 slow beeps mean on startup?
Before I changed the battery I was getting the chimes of death (the 8 note tune). After changing it I get 3 beeps separated by about 2s each, no chime.

Logic board error. Generally associated with RAM issues but could also be a number of other problems including low power due to dying power supply. Just when I replaced the power supply in my Performa 400, these beeps stopped. | | 1 |
