| SE/30 Weird Power Issue |

Hi everyone I have an SE/30 here works just fine motherboard has been recapped. Now what happens is when I pug the machine in and flip on the power switch nothing happens but if I leave it plugged in for say 40 seconds and hit the power switch it chimes to life no problems. I'm assuming this is a power supply capacitor based issue but just thought I'd ask if it could be other issues as well. |

My somewhat uneducated guess would be bad cap in the power supply that needs to be charged up before turning on. |
