Posted by: Sniflheim on 2022-02-02 11:15:37 Hi there, I received a 128k from a friend about 15 years ago, and in the last five years or so I have developed an intense interest in putting together the correct accessories and materials that would have come with it. At the time what I got was the following: M0001 with a soldered 512k upgrade (820-0086-C logic board dated 1984; 820-0082-C analog board dated 1986) Original keyboard and mouse Imagewriter I Apple 300 baud modem System Disk (690-5003A) MacPaint Disk (690-5011-B) MacWrite/MacPaint Disk (690-5009-B) "Ten Disks" Apple branded box with a handful of random software That's it. No manuals, no accessory box, no packing, etc. "Your Macintosh 128 (M0001), with serial number F4256HNM0001, was the 7536th manufactured during the 25th week of 1984 in Fremont, CA." This lines up with May. Looking at Eric's Early Mac website, I should either have all '-A' disks, or all '-B' disks, so what the heck is going on here? Which bundle should I have? I want to make sure I assemble the correct packing list for this machine. I assume I should have the bundle that started in May, with all -B disks. I'm just thrown off by the -A system disk. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks.
