The seller seems not to know and there’s no tell tale stickers or boot up INITs I could see on the posted pictures to suggest it is a Radius card or something. There is a DB15 to possibly DB9 or VGA short cable that comes with it… Any ideas?

As it’s not a 3 rows DB15 VGA cable I suspect it an earlier model video card of some sort. Just don’t recall seeing too many white Video Out ports behind SE/30s. Was there ever some maker or standard for the color used on ports? Most seemed to be black females back then and maybe the odd blue one.
Posted by: Trash80toHP_Mini on 2022-01-29 15:57:42 That does appear to be a DA15M to DE9F adapter cable if you want to go all out technical. 😉 The DB prefix only applies to the 25 pin D Shell connector, though common usage rules. That said, it most certainly is a very strange cable. I wonder if that's a VidCard that can drive Mac DA15 analog displays and an older, proprietary 9 pin interfaced TTL display? That would mean B&W or at best Grayscale card I'd think? ThickNet would have the bail setup, not connector nuts. Was DA15 used in VidCard/connector nut style for AUI at any time?

CGA, EGA, I think SGI had something... but I have no idea if output to those formats would be possible. But I wonder why female? @TimHD have you opened the case to see if there are any product numbers or manufacturer info on the card?

Ta, checked that resource and a other image repositories, but could find no video cards with WHITE DA15F (😉 @Trash80toHP_Mini ) ports... Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2022-01-30 13:52:40 I don't see a whole lot of wear on it, or burn in, so one would think that it had an external main monitor used in place of the built in one (so hopefully it's a good external color card or something) .I would take the chance if I wanted one of those. It's not a bad price, they have gone up a bit recently. It turns on so you know the logic board is good. If it's not a good board installed, just get it recapped and flip it, you'll make your money or more back. Although the bag would mean it was intended to be brought to different locations. Maybe could just be an external projector type of card.

I suspect also it's one of those video mirroring cards for a projector, search around I think Kodak made them and they might have the same pinout on the projector device.
