| Pismo brightness option, where did it go? |

I just made a fresh 9.0.4 install in my PowerBook FireWire and can’t control the brightness anymore. What is up with that? |

I have a G4 with 9.2.2 installed, but I would think it should be somewhat similar. If you go under monitors, there should be a slider, and the monitor should be set to color LCD (At least mine is). Do you see those? Or are you saying the slider does not control brightness? |

The brightness slider is gone, and the brightness buttons on the keyboard won't do anything. They work 9.2.2! I switched because the Pismo had trouble waking up from sleep in 9.2.2. |

Thank you for mentioning 9.2.2! I took the control panel and extension from 9.2.2 and made a switch and now the slider shows up. However, it won’t slide, and the keyboard buttons don’t do anything still. I don’t recall this issue!? |
