Hi, as per the title, I have a couple of issues with my SE.
1) The first issue happens a few minutes after boot up - the mouse pointer freezes completely.
2) The second issue has only occurred once, when I inadvertently knocked the kettle cable connector in the back of the machine, the screen went a bit crazy, so I suspect there is also something up with the PSU.
What is my best course of action to address both? I'm in this for the long haul, and am looking at getting this SE fully ship shape.
Other than that it seems to be in decent shape - the CRT looks decent, the 800k drive works as does the internal SCSI 20Mb HDD.
Lastly, I haven't left it switched on for more that 5 minutes, just in case 🙂 | | 1 |
