Unknown Macintosh SE video adapter

TL;DR : Can anyone identify this ? (see pictures)

I picked up (yet another) Macintosh today. While doing the classic maintenance things (clean inside, remove PRAM battery, ...) I discovered there was an adapter board hijacking the signals between the motherboard and analog board.
It has a 8-pin DIN output connector, of which only 7 pins are used.
It also has a white wire labeled "Dot CLK" on this PCB going to the ADB or GLU IC on the motherboard (or at least I guess it was connected to one of those chips, as it was floating above that region disconnected when I opened the Macintosh)

The only markings on the PCB say "MAC Video adapter", "FSI 1988", "Made in the USA", "Eastman Kodak" and "P/N 8010 REV E".

Does anyone have more info about it ?

Looks like it's to drive an LCD panel to put on an overhead projector.
