Are there any SCSI2SD v5 available anywhere?

I'm looking for a mounting bracket just to keep it from touching metal while I'm using it.

I'm using some brass stand-offs to keep it off the metal bracket in my LC III. You might consider some vinyl tape, or even just cardboard...

Did you ever try to mount a SCSI2SD where the old hard drive used to go?. The holes don't line up. I created a bracket with a standard hard drive footprint so you can mount the SCSI2SD pretty much anywhere that a hard drive would go.
