Driver for an SCSI Controller in an iMac G3
Posted by: gonzo on 2016-03-25 06:53:03
Hello,

we recently got an iMac G3 (cyan, 233MHz) with an SCSI option installed. Does anyone know where to find drivers for it? Either for OS-X (10.3) or Classic (9.2)?

Thanks in advance and best regards

Flori

Who made the SCSI card in the mezzanine slot?

The info is available in the Apple System Profiler in the Apple Menu.

If it is Formac, then I may have a driver, it may be still available on their website (or the Wayback Machine) or up on the Macintosh Garden.

BTW, the colour is officially described as 'bondi blue' rather than as cyan.

I've heard of a Mezzanine slot SCSI option but never seen one (or any Mezzanine slot accessory for that matter). Pretty cool if you have one!
