Q1: Reading "Using AIX, AppleTalk Services and Macintosh OS Utilities on the Network Server" manual, it's not clear to me what is installation source? There should be AIX + Apple Utilities on the same CD-ROM? Does anybody have it (share, sell, etc.)?
Q2: What's the latest supported (and, well, known-good to use) version of AIX?
Q3: What is "AIX Accessory Kit"?

#1 I think there are ANS ISO images in the usual repository like https://macintoshgarden.org/apps/aix-apple-network-servers-v4141
#2 AFAIK 4.1 was the last supported release of AIX by IBM for the PPC ANS.
