What are you looking for, just developer notes? I don't recall seeing that link, but here's some stuff that may help...
I have started a manual repository here: http://machut.net/manuals.html - so far, this is based on what Apple used to host on its own support website around 2000 - but it's just user guides, not developer notes.
Most of the service source manuals seem to be here: https://www.applerepairmanuals.com/
