Can you tell me about the mysterious Nubus card "TrueVision-nuvista"?

Hello.
It's Friday, December 2020. I was in the middle of working remotely,

but I got bored staying at home, so I went for a walk in Akihabara, an electric town in Tokyo.

(Being able to go for a walk whenever I want is what I found most beneficial after the world changed a year ago.)

There are fewer and fewer stores these days, but there are still a few that sell old Macintoshes.

In one store I found a yellowed Quadra 700, which I had never seen before.

The price was 10,000 yen (about $100) and it came with a SCSI hard drive, so I was a little curious and took a peek inside.

There was an unfamiliar Nubus card stuck in it.

Since I already had a Quadra700, I asked the clerk if he could sell me just the Nubus card, but it was a futile attempt.

So I pointed out that the memory had been pulled out and that part of the case was damaged, and I got another Quadra700 for $60 and a keyboard.

So here's what I'm hoping you all can help me with.
Please help me find out what this Nubus card is and what I need to do to get it working properly.

The card has the word "Nuvista" on it, and when I looked it up I found very little information, but I did find the following

1) It has a video function.
2) The manufacturer's name is "True Vision".
3) True Vision was acquired by Rasterops and finally merged with Avid.
4) There is an article on page 85 of "Info World" April,1990.

https://books.google.co.jp/books?id=JzsEAAAAMBAJ&lpg=PA85&ots=bkj0DBe--z&dq=True Vision Nuvista Macworld&hl=ja&pg=PA85#v= onepage&q=True%20Vision%20Nuvista%20Macworld&f=true

The only thing I have is the card in the picture.
1) What can I do with just this card?
2) What else do I need in order to use the original ability?
3) Is there any chance that I can get the other items I need somewhere else? Also, do you know where they are sold?

I need your help.
Thank you.

There are two versions of this card. The one has a cable connection at the end that goes to a compression card and was sold by AVID with custom ROMs and the one you have which is retail.

Truevision NuVista+ Setup - Macintosh Garden  software for the card.

It needs special cables for video in and out that you can make yourself if needed.
