Apple II+ capacitor identification

Can someone tell me what ceramic cap spec from the image below is. (In the red square).

I'm thinking I may have the same issue as this guy: https://www.classic-computers.org.nz/blog/2009-03-29-re-repairing-an-apple-II-plus-clone.htm

Where that cap is bad as the voltage around 1v and that guy says it should be 4.2v.

Is that cap a "100nF 50v"?

If so seems like this pack of caps contains it? https://www.amazon.com/Hilitchi-Monolithic-Multilayer-Capacitors-Assortment/dp/B071P44QBH/

10 µf 50v
That seems wrong: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-number-104-on-a-ceramic-capacitor

If they measure in pF wouldn't this be 0.1 uF

100nf = 100,000pf (aka 104) = 0.1uf

So the cap I got off amazon is correct
