I recently bought a PowerBook 550c.  After seeing them pop up for sale from time to time on eBay I decided I really wanted to buy one of them.  I had a PB 540c for many years, and it was a great machine.  I now regret selling my 540c, and even worse I sold the Rev C PCMCIA card cage.  Now I want to find one for this 550c and I can't find one anywhere.  Any ideas?

No, but if you find a source for these I would love to know about it!  A 550c with both the PPC upgrade + original 040 plus Rev C PCMCIA cage sold on Yahoo Japan recently for over USD $1000.  Other than that, I don't think I've seen any on eBay in the last couple years, and I've been looking.  (I actually have one, but it's toast somehow ... the PB won't boot at all when it's installed.)

Congrats on getting the 550c, they are great and rare machines!
