MacWrite Sampler and Sample MacPaint

The disk that came with my Macintosh Plus when I got it 7 years ago had System 6.0.3, MacWrite Sampler and Sample MacPaint on it. These are versions of MacWrite and MacPaint that have the opening and saving features disabled, but otherwise function. I can't seem to find any information about these online. Anyone know the origin of these? I have attached some screenshots.
