Hello all!

I was wondering something.  Were there store demo disks for every macintosh?  if not, are there ones for my models?

my models

>performa(can get specifics if needed)

>powermac g3 desktop

>g4 cube

>powermac g5

Thanks,

Narwhal2

ps

i know this forums looks down on abandonware, so I am going to see if there are any on ebay first.

I think I've seen them for the G3, not sure on the rest.

There is one for the G4 Cube. Sniff around on cubeowner.com and you will likely be able to turn up a copy.

Krye has collected a set of those, but has not been here for a while:

I have a collection of maybe 100 or so, from the 1980s Macs up to the G5s.  I should probably make a website.

They are very hard to find because Apple demanded that they all be destroyed after the machines were out of the retail environment.

I think I've seen them for the G3, not sure on the rest.
I have managed to find quite a few that I had no idea even existed.  Some of the highlights of the collection:

SE/30

Mac Portable

Color Classic

Mac IIs (various)

LC

20th Anniversary Mac

Original Power Mac

Original iMac

Pretty much all the G3s and G4s.

The copies for the pre-G3 Macs can be VERY hard to find.
