If not, I could possibly tear mine down to see what there is. I know for sure the two 470uF 200V caps are a bit bulgy on mine, and figured I'd do the whole due diligence and recap it while I've got the Quadra all apart.
Thanks.
| Posted by: Franklinstein on 2020-05-17 21:52:33 There were at least three suppliers (GE, ASTEC, maybe Delta and/or someone else) with various models for that style power supply, not including the different models between original spec and high-output for the 7100.
At the very least, the following Macs used that style of power supply:
IIcx
IIci
Q700
IIvx
IIvi
Performa 600
C/Q650
PM 7100
It would probably be helpful to have an all-encompassing thread to make things easier. Are there any existing ones to start off? I've never done a search.

In my searches most of the results were for ATX modification for the 10-pin, sometimes including the soft-power circuit addition. There's also the mAxTC project, which I don't want to snub at all, but I think for the some of us who'd like to re-cap the original supplies an all-encompassing thread might be nice indeed. Later today I'll have my GE supply as torn down as I can.
