I have gone through and recapped the logic board(did this before issue), analog, and the psu. I also went and checked voltages and the psu is putting out what it should, when I measure from the external floppy/disk connector there is the appropriate 12v but the 5v measures around 2.8-3v even with internal floppy disconnected. I also measured the connector from the analog board to the logic board shows 5v and 12v at connector on logic board. The hard drive as well is getting 5v and 12v power. The mac does chime and do everything sound wise that it normally does but not the display. Any ideas on what's going on and how to possibly fix it?
Thanks,
Max
Here are a couple photos of the display and logic board and then a couple of videos of the display.
