Is this an easy fix?

I have a Mac Plus that makes this noise when I turn on the power switch. Is this an easy fix? or totally not worth it?

Also, I have a working SE (an M5011) that works great but is rather loud. It sounds like a fan moving a lot of air, but it can only be the hard drive, right? There's nothing else moving inside.

If the Mac Plus isn't easily fixed, I wouldn't mind moving the floppy drive from the Plus to the SE, replacing the hard drive. I use it only for writing in Word v4 (transferring via floppy to my other Macs) so it'd fine if it works.

Thanks so much for any help!!

the plus is likely going to need recapped, and the opto-isolater replaced in the SMPS feedback circuit.

Old SCSI drives are generally pretty noisy, yeah.
