Can anyone tell me if this crystal oscillator is suitable for chipping my IIsi to 25mhz?

That looks like it should work, 50MHz, 5V, DIP-14 package.

FYI, I got mine on eBay, qty 4 for $10 shipped:

I also Installed the replacement oscillator in socket, makes switching back to the original for troubleshooting (or trying faster oscillator speeds) super easy:
