Does anyone know of (or have) any icon packs that would work well on a Compact Mac running system 7?
I'd like to change the icons for my external drives and for the internal HDDs on my SE, SE/30, and Classic II, but I don't know where to look for black-and-white icons that work under 7.
I found some really great color icons here, but they only seem to work on System 8 and up.

Good question 68kracy, although as far as I’m aware any system7 icon set will work on any mac of the time including compacts, the 1-bit graphics simply converts the colour ones into b&w.
i will say I’m no expert on this mind you yet i do know my se/30 and (colour) 6200cd powerpc have the same icons. Im sure theres a piece of utility software to built your own from somewhere like the macintoshgarden or one of the repository’s
