| PSU light pipe Macintosh II, IIx and IIfx – image reference? | |
| Posted by: ktkm on 2020-02-09 11:48:17 I’m currently looking for a light pipe (the little optical plastic thing that let the light from the LED travel to the surface of the computer case) for a Macintosh IIfx. I have already posted in the trading section, but since I’m curious and I would like to tighten the odds on finding one, would some please post a picture or two, for reference, that I can use in my quest in obtaining one someday? It is much appreciated! | |

| Posted by: ktkm on 2024-11-20 01:54:00 @dramirez I eventually found a MacII donor for a light pipe, but that left me with the same initial problem of having one system without a light pipe. So, I carefully measured the original light pipe and made a .stl for 3D printing, but I have yet to print it. If you want to give it a go, please try the attached .stl, and if possible, let me know if it works. 🙂  | |
