| Does anyone have Icon 7 by Inline Design? |
Posted by: olePigeon on 2019-12-19 16:29:52 I just bought this seeing how it'd be useful for me, but the floppy disk is unreadable. I also can't find it on Macintosh Garden or anywhere else so I can make a copy of the disk.
Does anyone here have a copy? Maybe could send me a disk image? 🙁

Posted by: olePigeon on 2019-12-19 17:22:19 May have also been apart of a utility pack from Microseeds. Microseeds is still around, apparently. I've emailed them in hopes a bearded veteran might still be there.

Did you try the disk in more than one floppy drive? I thought I had some unreadable floppies until I tried them on a different machine.

Posted by: olePigeon on 2019-12-20 08:00:40 @dcr Yeah. I tried it in my regular Apple floppy drive (known good, works with everything else) and my Applied Engineering HD+ which is really good at reading disks that normal drives can't. The Apple drive attempts to read, then spits it out. The AEHD+ at least gives me the option to format it, but it thinks it's blank.
I'm really bummed. It's a cool utility (extension.) It allows you to go directly to an Icon resource editor from the Get Info window when you double-click the icon box. No more ResEdit or special programs just for editing an icon.

Posted by: olePigeon on 2019-12-20 08:02:00 I suppose I could do a Flux copy of the disk. Maybe just the header / partition table is damaged. But I don't know how to extract files from a Flux image.
