File type software Sets its type ?

I can't find a piece of software I found very useful,  I think it was called Sets its type (maybe all one word, it might even be of Japanese origin?

You can manually set a files type with the application that created it, or set another one if you wish, say to look at the code an image with Simple Text.

I have also found it too but i’m not sure now whether it’s a PPC app. ;-/

Oh! Ok. ResEdit can change file types also.
