| Apple HD20 SC question |
Posted by: napabar on 2019-11-17 20:40:17 Can the Apple HD20 SC be set to a SCSI ID of 0?
The manual talks about SCSI devices being able to be set from 0-6....without specifically saying what the HD20 SC's range is.
I'm assuming it can be set to 0 because in 1986 when it came out, the Mac Plus didn't have an internal SCSI drive that would already be using that number. Likewise for the Apple II computers.

Well, I was trying to decipher the German manual for Apple's 600e CD-ROM drive, and it looks like that one only goes 1-6. If you have a PDF of it or a link to the PDF, I can help you translate it.
