I've thought about using a DB25 to 50 pin ribbon converter, then using a three two position ribbon cable, and then the same converters on the other end, but it would require male to male gender changers for the 50 pin cable, and I can't find them.
And I wonder, could the SCSI port on a Mac support powering two of the SCSI2SD devices?

And I wonder, could the SCSI port on a Mac support powering two of the SCSI2SD devices? Only termination power is available on a standard SCSI interface, including the 25-pin Mac variety. You should not expect to be able to power the SCSI2SD from that, let alone two of them and the required terminator.
