Anyone know of a decent place to get quality foil lined EPROM window stickers? I can get something like 40 of them for like $10, but I need way less than that.

I'd strongly recommend just buying the lot of 40, if you can spare the change.
You'll find a use for 'em again, or someone like you will make this request and you can say "I have a few lying around, I can send you some", or you can use them for cat decoration 😉

Buy a roll of foil duct tape (the real stuff, not "duck" tape) and cut out your own. I find foil tape useful for all sorts of things.
