Lisa 2 appeared for sale in Ireland - 50 grand! - amazed to even see one for sale here

-

whats a lisa worth these days - have not seen one on ebay for a long time

If it were a Lisa 1... maybe, and that's a big maybe. For a Lisa 2 it's priced at least an order of magnitude too high.

That's a Mac XL, isn't it?

I wonder if the seller would accept €500 for it and you then haggle up a bit for the sake of it.

I was thinking the same - a lisa 1 with the old twiggy floppy drive - they are very rare. I nearly bought a lisa 2- 2 years ago off ebay - chap in Canada was selling it - not working - 500 dollars but reality dragged me away

-

kind of wish I bought it now. Apparently there is a guy in Dublin who owns an apple 1. He keeps it locked in bank vault!. Would love to see what price he will be looking for it if he ever sells it - based on the complete stupidity of prices , for EVERYTHING in rip off Ireland, I wouldn't be supprised if he asks the cool million

If anyone wants to spend $50,000 on a working Lisa 2, please PM me ASAP!

Free shipping in the continental United States - and probably anywhere else.

Maybe Tim Cook should buy it with some of those billions of dollars of taxes Apple saves thanks to Ireland. You know, just to show his appreciation.

Look at these PowerBooks: https://www.donedeal.ie/laptops-for-sale/rare-vintage-apple-macintosh-powerbooks-for-sale/11044994

You should get your hands on them if you can.

Dude, it's a joke. Why does it make you so upset when someone makes a passing jab at Apple? It's not like it's your mother. Or is it?
