| Rotate powerbook external display from landscape to portrait? |
Posted by: pcamen on 2019-05-02 16:17:32 I don't see a native ability in the Monitors control panel to rotate the display in System 7 or System 8. My Powerbook 540c has a decent 832x624 external display ability, but I'd really prefer to have it in portrait mode rather than landscape. I find that much more usable.
Anyone know of an extension or control panel that can do this?

Posted by: pcamen on 2019-05-06 17:58:05 Sadly, Switchres does not have the ability to rotate at all. I first tried version 1.4.1, then found the later versions from the source. Later versions lose the ability to swtich resolutions for my PowerBook at all. And both of them say 10 day trial until you register, but registration is broken due to age (registration server no longer available online).
