I just bought it a few days ago from a site like Ebay. Actuator arm is moving when i move my hdd in my hand. Is this normal ? I don't think that else can move inside.

That doesn't seem right. Does the drive otherwise work?

That’s not the actuator arm, it is the head locking mechanism, and it is completely normal for it to rattle when you shake the drive. The Hitachi/IBM Travelstar drives do the same thing.

Some of the Toshiba drives even say right on the top cover “rattle noise is normal”.
