It is a good idea to buy some wood or plastic (but not metal) screen adjustment tools.  Here are some examples:

You stick the adjustment tool into the slot in the back of the board and adjust the screen size.  If you find the service manual for your Mac, it will probably tell you which adjustment will adjust the vertical, horizontal, etc.

It resolved itself after i took it apart and looked at it. But i decided to test it again and it works fine! There is a part 3 to my mac mishaps and i would want help for the ones that are not answered yet!
