When I plug it into a working Duo 230, the 230 will not start up until I remove it. It appears to be memory and that's where it was. I cannot find a similar chip online. Can more memory plug into the connector on this?
| Posted by: Trash80toHP_Mini on 2018-10-30 05:54:27 Duo 230 only supports 24MB of RAM. You've got a 28MB module and makes it 32MB, so that's likely your problem. An 8MB daughtercard in that connector would max the Duo 280 or a PowerBook 150 out at 40MB.
Great find, large Duo memory cards are scarce.
