By looking at the analog boards and pulling up the cap specs for all of the electrolytics and cross referencing with the cap lists here I believe I have selected suitable replacement caps.
What I'm not sure about is whether I should be replacing the rectangle safety caps at the same time. The markings are harder to discern (or I'm just less familiar with them). When you are recapping your analog boards, are you replacing the safety caps? What about when recapping PSUs for the LCs etc? Colour classic analog boards? Anybody have safety cap part numbers they have used for North American boards / systems before? I understand that when they go, they often make a mess so I'm inclined to replace if I can find suitable replacements.
