Is there a Mac SE/30 compatibility list for software/games?

I'm not sure how compatible mac software generally is.  Is there a good resource for identifying compact mac compatible software?

Sorry for the probably basic question, but I'm new to vintage Macintosh computing..

Some games might run too fast. Especially those made in 1984 and 85... Plus you might run into trouble trying to get them started in the first place. Some of them need a custom system file... and those kind of games aren’t compatible with the SE/30.

In a nutshell then, any game made after 87 will work like a charm. Those made before, well, you need to try them and see for yourself, there’s no pre-made list as far as I know.

A lot depends on exactly what model Mac you have, what OS is installed, how much ram, hard drive, etc.

An SE/30 will run a lot more software than an original 128K or a Mac Plus.

As stated above, most mac software created between '~87- '92 time frame will run on a Mac Plus or better.

There are caveats of course, some programs require color or a certain amount of ram or a certain OS version.

Poke around on these sites.

Thanks, that's the kind of link I was hoping to come across.  I'm wholly ignorant of what games were available on a mac of this age, I was an MS-DOS man through-and-through.
