Lately I've been recapping an LC II, and I've come across a minor issue while working on it. The only capacitor that really messed anything up was C11 (10uF 16V), with it eating away some of the nearby traces. While I've patched most of the damaged traces up, there's a via right under the negative pad of C11 that looks like it's supposed to be connected to C11's negative pad. Should this actually be connected?
