| Zip Disks |
Posted by: bibilit on 2013-10-06 09:43:32 Picked up this morning a box of 10 new Zip disks (100 Mb)
The box is nicely decorated (looks like a classic car) and disks are still wrapped in the box.
Was just 1 € the set so it's a very nice price as well 🙂

Packaging reminds me of this.
Anyone collected these back in the day?
Masterpieces were pretty nice.

I wonder if that packaging was meant to be wholesale packaging. If you buy things at a store like Costco or Sam's Club (in the US) you often get items that are packaged for resale. Do the individual Zip disks have price tags on them?

Do the individual Zip disks have price tags on them? No price tag, but this pack maybe never reach the shelf.

Posted by: LCGuy on 2013-10-09 23:58:56 I second Cory - I'd be willing to put money on this being wholesale packaging, with the Zip carts intended for seperate sale.
And Costco...hmm - that reminds me...I really should sign up for the Costco here in Sydney sometime.

looks really interesting. I really should get some zip-disks myself someday...
