The best listing I've found with info on a lot of these books is very good but incomplete. For example, the 1992 edition of Designing Cards and Drivers appears to be MIA

This is a work in progress, if anyone finds additional info or has suggestions about formatting, I'll be updating these first two posts on an ongoing basis to include such.
I'm thinking that a scan of each cover might be a good idea. I've ordered and received a duplicate copy because the pic was wrong on Amazon's site.
