GAAAAAAK!!!!! No go, probable pooped-out PSU. xx(
Found a screw shorted between a cap can and standoff for the AirPort card that's likely been there for a very long time . . .
. . . also saw what looked like a loose clip for RFI shielding shift position from underneath the MoBo chassis plate to underneath the HDD chassis plate while vacating a quantity of dust small enough that it shouldn't have been the culprit.
Don't have the planned backup on hand for this as yet: Dualie 1.25MHz MDD/FW400
Haven't got the new PSU for the 466 DA yet either . . . :-/
. . . iLamp/800/X as main machine? 😛

Posted by: CC_333 on 2013-09-07 15:19:10 You could send the PSU to uniserver? If you don't feel comfortable doing so, he can possibly revive the thing for you by recapping it?
